Phase Forex LTD provides forex investment management services. All investments carry risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you understand the risks associated with forex trading and investment.
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients are responsible for understanding the risks and terms of their investments.
Our fee structure is transparent and will be clearly communicated before you begin investing. Fees may include management fees, performance fees, and other charges as outlined in your investment agreement.
Phase Forex LTD's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or investment losses.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your investment agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding obligations must be settled.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of London, England.
